Bill McInerney Jr. has been a professional golf instructor since 1994. After turning professional in 1992, Bill played nearly 3 years of competitive golf on professional golf tours throughout the country, while working for 5 years under the tutelage of world-renowned golf instructors Bob Toski & Jim Flick. Bill’s knowledge of the golf swing, and unique teaching methods have earned him National recognition and he is quickly becoming one of the most recognizable and well received instructors in the North East. He was recently recognized by Golf Range Magazine as one of the “Top 50 Best Golf Instructors” in North America working at golf ranges, academies, and learning centers. Active in the golfing community, McInerney has served as the Director of Golf for the Massachusetts Special Olympics and was instrumental in starting the Belmont Sports Program Golf Team for athletes with mental retardation or closely-related developmental disabilities. Bill’s patience and understanding of the golf swing give him the ability to help golfers of all skill levels, from the complete beginner to the Tour Professional. Eric McInerney Eric McInerney

Eric has been a professional golf instructor since 1998. Prior to becoming a professional, Eric worked on his game with some of golf's most recognized instructors, including Bob Toski, Jim Flick, and CBS Commentator, Peter Kostis. In his early playing days, Eric was a top ranked junior golfer who played competitively throughout Europe and the United States. After his junior golf years, Eric played his collegiate golf for seven time National Championship team, Scottsdale CC, and later turning professional. After turning professional Eric played on professional golf tours throughout the country. Along with being a passionate instructor who can help you understand your golf swing and help you shoot lower scores, Eric is a Master golf club builder and fitter, earning his certificate through the completion of the state of the art clubmaking program at the famed Golf Works in 2004. Andy was on the Nationwide tour for more than 15 years. Earned his first career win at the 2000 Utah Classic, where he opened with a 64. Also in 2000, Andy was ranked No. 2 in Scoring Average (70.16) and No. 3 in Putting (1.735). Winner of seven Hooters Tour events (four in a row) from 1995-99. Won the Northeast Open in 1986-87, the New England Open in 1986-87, the Massachusetts Open in 1989 and 1993, the Maine Open in 1989 and the New Hampshire Open in 1989. Played the Southern Africa Tour in 1988-89. He participated in three US Opens, the most recent being Winged Foot. Along with many other achievements, Andy has made 16 holes-in-one during competitive play. He was welcomed into the Weymouth Golf Hall of Fame in 2001. Andy fine-tuned his instructional technique working at the Blue Hill Country Club before coming to McGolf in 2008. Andy works with students of all levels – from beginners looking for a solid foundation to the most advanced players prepping for tournament play. Bill McInerney Bill McInerney

Bill is owner, founder and designer of McGolf, Ltd. Dedham, Mass. est. 1980, prior to that, in the 70’s, designed and built several innovative indoor golf training centers. He turned Professional in the 60’s and competed on the Asian Tour and also Mini Tour events throughout the U.S. Bill was trained by world renowned Golf Instructor Bob Toski, and CBS Commentator, Peter Kostis. In 1988 Bill was reinstated as an amateur to fulfill his desire to compete, and played in several USGA events. Bill’s experience as a player, and methods as an instructor are based on good fundamentals... and by utilizing the individuals own ability to improve through private instruction he or she can enjoy the game of golf. Bill has taught beginners, intermediates and advanced players. Bill has branched out as a design consultant for golf properties, including driving ranges, miniature golf courses and golf learning centers, In 2006, he was approached by a group of Chinese investors to design a Golf Training facility in Shanghai and teach top corporate executives throughout major Chinese cities.
